THINK BUSINESS… THINK SEVEN
About
Every Business is Different…
Every situation is unique. Whether its understanding and responding to changing consumer behaviour, mitigating market conditions, defending against competitive threats or entering DTC markets, the challenge may be unique, but the commercial drivers remain rooted in human behaviour.
Understanding why people act the way they do, is the start of a journey to developing products and services that consumers willingly choose first time, every time. Developing the infrastructure, confidence, capability and customer focus to excel in execution is usually the bigger part of any client challenge.
With 25+ years working in and with businesses of all sizes, and with a deep interest in behavioural and motivational science I have built up a wealth of knowledge, tools and insight that allows me to share best practice, suggest proven process enhancements and recommend impactful adjustments that really do make business better.
“Thank you so much! Without your help we would never be in this position. We have been through it all in tremendous detail and we are now thankfully on a sound footing, ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead.”
Chris, Managing Director
Problem Solving…
Born from a desire to solve problems and help people, Think Seven has evolved into a commercial support system for business leaders, team members, and stakeholders alike.
We start with strategy; identifying and clarifying the ‘why’ behind decision making, and we progress to the how, when, with, where, and how much, and we are happy to jump aboard wherever you are on your journey.
We love numbers, and apply metrics, analysis and evidence in most of what we do, not only does it keep everyone accountable, but it also helps to provide clarity, proportionality, and relative positioning, all of which are really helpful in successful decision making. It also provides measurements for the commercial impacts we have in our client’s businesses, justifying our existence and providing a ROI.
We value creativity and relish the opportunity to contribute to innovation projects, bringing our diverse experience and unique perspectives to offer divergent and disruptive ideas that we can then help you to assess, scale and scope for a structured and successful introduction/implementation.
Life before Think Seven was mostly spent client side, leading teams in Product, Brand, and Go To Market Planning, in the UK& Ireland, Europe, Middle East, and USA. Whilst a significant proportion of pre Think Seven time was spent in product businesses, much of the work we do now is in supporting service organisations and retailers, building on our steadfast commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything ~ a concept that exists in our own business too.
